Netflix has ordered a new kids animated series, “Dino Girl Gauko”. The program is from creator Akira Shigino, director on a number of popular Japanese animated TV series. The comedy series is set in Japan and follows Naoko Watanabe, a typical tween girl aside from the fact that she possesses strange and sometimes troubling powers.

Synergy88 Entertainment Media’s new and upcoming TV series Barangay 143, the first-ever Filipino Anime is set to air this October on GMA 7, one of the biggest broadcasting networks in the Philippines. The series features a glittering Filipino celebrity cast and millennial heartthrobs, Julie Anne San Jose, Kelley Day, Migo Adacer, and Ruru Madrid.

South Korean animation studio Studio Gale, August Media Holdings and Philippine's Synergy88 Entertainment are partnering to produce a new 2D animated preschool series, “Tish Tash”. The series, developed with UK based Karrot Entertainment, will introduce a fantastic and entertaining world through children’s imagination in everyday life. 

Tilda Appleseed bags Asian Television Award for Best Preschool Program. The recently completed series is based on Andreas Schmachtl's book series of the same name. The series follows the adventures of a spirited mouse with a big heart - Tilda. The series is filled with many wonderful characters who model friendship in marvelous ways.

August Media signs Co-Production deal with Korea's Studio Gale to co-produce 3D series "Journey of Long". The series follows the life of a country Dragon and trouble-maker, Long, and his mission to become the world's best Chef in the City. A slapstick comedy to be enjoyed by the kids and their family.
